Alboan y la Iniciativa de Género de la Federación Internacional Fe y Alegría, realizaron a finales de octubre, un intercambio de experiencias que incluyó la participaron en la III Jornada Feminista sobre Coeducación, que se realizó en el marco del proyecto: “El Cuidado en el Centro de la vida – Coeducación V” en España.

 

En esta visita, la Iniciativa de Género aprovechó también un intercambio con Entreculturas, para abordar los aprendizajes en el acompañamiento de algunos proyectos que lideran de manera conjunta.

 

En dichas actividades participaron las Fe y Alegría: Perú con la representación de Susana Helfer y Denny Peralta; Nicaragua, Jesús Castellón (Iniciativa de Género) y por Honduras Digna Orellana (Iniciativa de Juventudes).

 

El encuentro permitió crear un espacio de conocimientos y experiencias impulsadas a nivel local por Fe y Alegría y la Iniciativa de Género; reconociendo los avances en una educación igualitaria, institucionalizada desde la Política de Género.

 

Como resultados significativos se resalta el fortalecimiento de los lazos y el espíritu que motiva la tarea de encaminar la equidad e igualdad en las escuelas, direcciones, comunidades y movimiento federativo.

 

Parte de las actividades que incluyeron las visitas a Universidades y centros educativos, robustecieron el compromiso de continuar desarrollando prácticas educativas desde la metodología de la TRANSFORMACIÓN EN CLAVE DE LA IGUALDAD Y PAZ, así como el establecimiento de coordinaciones entre profesorado de España y Latinoamérica.

 

Resaltamos también, la retroalimentación positiva al compartir las propuestas educativas de RedAcción y la campaña LA LUZ DE LAS NIÑAS; además del desafío de la educación bajo la mirada de las “MASCULINIDADES IGUALITARIAS”, para poder desarrollarla dentro de las escuelas.

 

De esta conversación destacamos las buenas experiencias educativas sobre el trabajo de Coeducación con docentes, que son acompañados por Alboan y Entreculturas a través de conversatorios o reuniones planificadas.

 

Sin duda, la experiencia deja importantes enseñanzas y retos, que desde la Iniciativa de Género nos empodera y compromete para generar cambios reales. Es vital poner en contexto, la reflexión y el diálogo con enfoque de derechos humanos, entre hombres y mujeres, avivando el trabajo colaborativo dentro del movimiento federativo.

 

Por último, se reafirmó la reciprocidad de la comunicación y metodologías de trabajo con niñez y adolescencia, para el abordaje de las desigualdades de género en los centros educativos y en las comunidades.
